You can tell naturally when a guy has a little snap and can roll his hips and strike you. You can teach them the proper technique and eventually after you do it every day you're going to do it or you're not going to be on the field.

They've got good size, they're very strong, and I think they're pretty fast. So I'm pretty pleased with them.
