Mike has the ability to be very good. Yet he is still inconsistent in his performances. If we can get him to go out and be a threat in every game that he plays, we will be in good shape.

Mike knows what his role will be this season. We need him to push into the attack and support the forwards. He just needs to do what he does well in the final third and try not to do too much.

Greg needs to step up and play well if we are to have success this season. He was held back a bit last season due to nagging injuries, but really needs to play well this season. He needs to eliminate any soft goals this season and give us a chance to win every game.

We have a lot more depth this season. Between the five or six guys around Ackerman we should be able to sort it out. The added numbers also lets us play two deep at almost every spot, which is a big difference (this season).
