"Paul Stastny" is a Canada/Canadian-born United States/American professional ice hockey Center (ice hockey)/center, currently playing for the St. Louis Blues. Of Slovaks/Slovak lineage, Stastny is the son of Hockey Hall of Famer Peter Š?astný, who played for the Avalanche's predecessor, the Quebec Nordiques, and finished his career with the St. Louis Blues. His older brother Yan Stastny/Yan has played for the Boston Bruins, Edmonton Oilers and St. Louis Blues (ice hockey)/St. Louis Blues. His uncles Anton Š?astný/Anton and Marián Š?astný/Marian Stastny both played in the NHL during the 1980s, also for the Nordiques.
