Basically, you have to meet the definition of the school. Right now, part of the problem we're facing is we're meeting the definition of a program. We're going to work on that.

As long as I can look at Joe and say, 'Is my food cold or late?' Or (if) the quality goes down, (and) all those are answered no ... to my satisfaction, I'm a happy camper.

We don't know if we can do that (a charter school) with our current staffing.

We can offer a premier music component and we offer what I consider a premium academic experience already. I would just as soon keep that separate and then in the afternoon they (students) could be immersed in music.

They (DPI) really like our idea and what we're working with.
