People live in apartments all across California who are exposed to secondhand smoke on a daily basis. It drifts from a common area or another apartment.

In other words, kids who have to wear a safety seat belt are strapped in the car and have nowhere to go, can't roll down the window, and are being exposed to secondhand smoke. We think it's fair that people should not smoke in that car.
