The three hires were brilliant hires from everyone else's view. The sheer arrogance and recklessness of this has divided the union in a way that might be irreparable.

Traditionally, trucking has not focused on developing and maintaining good human resources practices. Companies like Unique Personnel are able to remove much of that burden from our clients but there is a definite need for more of this type of expertise in the industry and we are happy to help develop it.

It is probably the most unethical and dishonorable thing I've ever seen done here. I find it absolutely ironic that an organization that is set up to protect the contracts of its members would make a decision to turn around and declare null and void the contract it signed with its employee.
