I believe elections should be open to all, for better or worse. Possibly an outsider would do a better job. If we had an open system, we might have had opponents run against Nikki and Mark Collins.

I was angry, and it was an emotional response. I decided to jump in the race again because I feel that I am the most suited to make changes.

One of our weaknesses is the way we take and adapt to criticism. Our reaction has not been positive. We need to be a public and visible organization and an active organization within the community.

It was my position that we could fill those seats.

I would like to see open elections in the future, and I am going to push for it.

Apathy is a cop-out. Students are active and do want to make a difference. The real way to bring them in is by making a visible presence on campus. All students can make a difference.
