A lot of times you get people rushing home. People aren't so much in a hurry to get to work, but they are to get home. If we have those evening snowstorms, that's where we see lots of accidents.

Potholes form every winter and especially when we have exposed pavement. It could happen again until we get in and pave in the spring.

We haven't made any decisions for tolling or not tolling or doing public-private partnerships. But we have an obligation to taxpayers to study any means we have for addressing the transportation needs we have in Utah.

We can even go down, and we'll probably go down and tune that down a few notches so it's not quite so annoying to the businesses.

Yeah, well there have been a bunch. We have had 12,000 through March. But last year we had 20,000.

It's pretty close to break-even.

Our plows get stuck in traffic just like everybody else because we're just idling with the rest of traffic.
