Some of the girls are very new to the game, so we're struggling with that. But they're having a good time.

Having Michelle out there who's gone on to play at a higher level will help those girls maybe thinking they want to go on (to play in college). I think the three of us want to see the program succeed.

It's definitely a tough season and a building year, but I see some positive things with this group.

She's a good little athlete. She's taken on pitching, is learning quite a bit and learning how to stay composed. She's got a good bat so hopefully that will start coming around.
