"Nicholas "Nick" Holt V" is a college football coach, currently the defensive coordinator for the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers football/Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. Prior to taking the position in 2013 WKU Hilltoppers football team/2013, he was the defensive coordinator and assistant head coach of the 2011 Washington Huskies football team/Washington Huskies for three seasons. Previously, Holt was the defensive coordinator and defensive line coach of the 2008 USC Trojans football team/USC Trojans, and the head coach of the 2005 Idaho Vandals football team/Idaho Vandals from 2004 NCAA Division I-A football season/2004–2005 Idaho Vandals football team/05.

You just have to every day teach them how to win, teach them how to go hard. We don't talk about it that much. We just talk about playing as good, as fast, as hard and practicing as well as we can. And then that stuff takes care of itself.

It's 14-0 and the offense hasn't even been out on the field yet. It could have got ugly, but it just shows you the improvement of our football program.

They are a solid football team. They run the ball 70 percent of the time. It will bring a big challenge to us.
