We tried to make a game of it. If they had declared yesterday, we would have set them a target that they could have tried to chase, but the weather did not help.

It's great to be back in the Green and Gold again. I always had the self-belief that I could play for South Africa again and I just needed to get as many runs on the board as possible. All one asks for is a chance, although it is a bit harder in 20/20 cricket, but I would obviously love to play in the one-day internationals too.
