Right now it's a voluntary program for premises ID. It looks to me like our federal colleagues are continuing to refine the (program) as they learn more from the field experience of the various states. I can't say what the final product will look like, but they are aware of the concerns folks have, with cost especially.
"Ned Porter" was an Irish people/Irish hurling/hurler who played as a goalkeeper for the Cork GAA/Cork senior team.
Porter joined the team during the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship 1939/1939 championship and was a regular member of the starting fifteen until his retirement after the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship 1942/1942 championship. During that time he won one All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship/All-Ireland medal and one Munster Senior Hurling Championship/Munster medal.
At club level Porter played with Brian Dillons/Brian Dillon's and later with Glen Rovers GAA/Glen Rovers.
