Our game plan coming in was to limit their threes. We did that pretty good for three quarters and then they hit a couple there back to back and we didn't execute on the other end.

Bright side was we scored 60 points, we'd been averaging in the 30s. We were tied at halftime. It stayed nip and tuck. We missed some shots we needed down the stretch.

These kids have been raised to not be quitters and it shows up out there on the court. The thing is sometimes we quit on a possession. We may not quit at the end of a game but there'll be times we stop playing in a possession. We just can't do those things.

They are playing a lot better right now. We are turning the corner, but we still give away too many possessions. Basketball is pretty simple you have to score on one end and defend on the other.

That's a great feeling when everything you throw up goes in. It's been a long time for us since we've shot like this. I hope this is a turning point for us, offensively.

The kids hung in there and hit some timely threes and guarded [Bone] there at the end like we needed to and we came out with the win. We'll sure take it. I don't care how ugly it is.

Our goal in this tournament was to get better. We're never pleased with losing but we did learn some lessons and we improved. We just gave up too many offensive rebounds.
