The kids that really need it don't always come.
I have to tell you it's putting some pressure on us. We haven't done this for awhile.
The love of books and reading has created a bond between our two quite different communities and has allowed our children and community to once again demonstrate how much we care about others in need. We are pleased to be a part of this wonderful effort.
In the last five or 10 years, our education careers have been in full gear.
The (traditional) summer school model is to wait for kids to fail.
