"Mike Westhoff" is the former special teams coach for the New York Jets of the National Football League. Westhoff is considered a "pioneering special teams coach" and his special teams units have generally ranked very highly in the NFL. He retired after the 2012 season.

He does have a big, strong leg. He's kicked it up vertically ? and he can hit it. He can hit quite a ball with distance.

Holding hasn't been an issue. Graham might not have held before, but he's certainly caught a ball. We had to show him some things on how to place it. There are definite mechanics involved.

He's raw, but he's been in the big arena. I don't know if I've ever been around a guy who's been more diligent. This kid really worked hard to go from being a long shot to being a contender. And he does have a big leg - he can smack it.
