I'd say we're encouraged by the issues he wants to take on. I heard a lot of goals but not a lot of specifics. But we certainly hope he achieves them.

Overall, it sounds pretty responsible. There's definitely more questions than answers on this issue ... but I'm pleased with the results of the study.
