You're playing ball in the middle of February, so you can't ask for much out of the weather. I'm just looking forward to spending some time at the ballpark.

Ross Knowland came in both games for us and threw some strikes.

He had all three of his pitches working and had some key strikeouts with runners on base. He pitched a whale of a game.

We have the potential to play some good defense. Our pitching is getting better each game, but I would like to see some more offensive production.

It's about to get fast and furious for us. We've got some tough tournaments coming up and we're going to learn a lot about ourselves in the first three weeks of this season.

It's nice to win with a different look. We mostly wanted to split the pitching tonight. We wanted to make sure that we have our arms available for the tournament.

We're going to give our pitchers some extended innings. That is going to be a need when district rolls around.

You take the experience from one game and take it to the next. You take what you can get. Luckily we got to save our pitching in this game.

I'm more concerned about how we're going to play than who we're going to play. We're going to use this level of competition to get to know ourselves as a team.
