It is a good move for him. I hate to say that because I hate to lose him. But Clint has to do what is best for his family. There are positives here too; but I think this is a great opportunity for him.

The young kids are coming around. Clint did a great job running our basketball program. Every school goes through a down year talent-wise. It's tough for him to leave because he thought we had some good years coming up.

We are going to try and find the best person possible. I would like to think we would have a lot of applicants because this will be an attractive job. We won't rule anybody out.

It's a combination of things. When the J&C Hoops Classic started it changed everything, we had to drop two schools. You try to look at how many home and road games you have, and balance it. This is not ideal, but I have seen wackier things.
