It would be catastrophic. Right now, we have need for additional workers. The last figure I got was there was an immediate need for about 26,000 more people in the industry for the state.

There's no surprise there. Residential (building) has made a huge impact lately. There are a lot of things in place to discourage builders from commercial development.
