For some reason every spring quite a few people move. That helps the list to move. It's just kind of a historic thing, and we haven't really tracked it.

In Flagstaff very, very few people are able to get up on their own. We're just trying to do the best we can to get whatever we can. Right now we're just holding our own. We're not gaining anything, but we're not losing anything either.
