"Michael "Mike" Gold" is the pen-name of Jewish American writer "Itzok Isaac Granich". A lifelong CPUSA/communist, Gold was a novelist and literary critic. His semi-autobiographical novel Jews Without Money (1930) was a bestseller. During the 1930s and 1940s Gold was considered the preeminent author and editor of U.S. proletarian literature.

We're expanding. One of the most difficult aspects of the aerospace field is quality people. It is difficult to identify, hire and find good engineers. The aerospace workforce is becoming a concern.

I don't think there's an image problem or a misperception. I think there's just a flat-out unfamiliarity.
