It's always a little nerve-wracking to come back here, but it's fun. There were a lot of great memories. We started something here and they took it to the next step when they made the playoffs two years ago. That's great.

I certainly got a lot of work. I'm starting to get some of the rust out, and I'm getting confident.

I think we took the play to them in the first period. We didn't give them anything, which set the tone for the game.

You never want to see that happen, especially right now with the position we are in. But those things do happen and you just have to be ready.

Putting goals in the net and having exciting players on your team, it's certainly nice to only have to face them in practice now. You don't see it too often, but the last two nights our offense has been clicking.

I'm trying to do the best I can do. I felt a little rusty out there. The guys did a good job of not giving up any scoring chances and they built me a big lead.

It hit the inside of my glove and squeaked through, ... That's a goal I have to have. No question about it.

Every game is huge and every win is big, certainly when you can close the gap on the team you're chasing.
