You could see it going down the stretch. They were pretty winded. Of course, that's why the bench is important. Depth is an important part of this game.
He's probably one of the happiest and he feels like he's one of the luckiest guys in the world.
What changed our season? Champ. That interception gave us a sense of hope. And if you believe, anything can happen.
If you believe, ... and you just keep fighting and don't panic, anything's possible.
He's fair. Look at the way he treats people. Look at some of the guys that are here and have come through here. He gives guys opportunities where in other places they had been shunned. He wipes the slate and blacks the board and judges you on what you do here.
Check his resume. Check his history. He gets things done. He strives to be the very best. He strives for that perfect game plan one week to the next, to set us up to where we can be successful.
With Jake, it's funny because what you see is what you get. He puts on no airs. I love the guy. I'd go to battle for the guy every day of the year.
The coaches are going to let you know. You're going to hear about it, constantly, until they get across what they're trying to accomplish. Normally a guy might do it once or twice but then he won't do it anymore or he won't be a guy running the ball in this offense.
