The penalty killers really sacrificed their bodies for us.

It's the first Olympic game I'm going to start and I'm really excited. I'm hoping I go in there and play well because it's my first game in three weeks. I know the Slovaks are a tough team. They're skilled and they can really move the puck.

Sometimes it feels like a loss. We just wanted to get two points. It's okay to get one point at home but we wanted to get two.

We probably could have won all four of them. We lost by one goal every time, so it was nice to get this one-goal win.

I got real excited and a little nervous. It was just a good feeling. Hopefully, we can build on this.

It's a really tough loss, but fortunately we got one point.

It's special for Mats, he's been longing for that. He's won pretty much everything except a gold medal and a Stanley Cup. Hopefully, he can take care of the rest in the spring.

Hopefully, I can ride this wave a little and get a chance to play again.

I've been waiting a long time for that. It was huge. All the credit goes to my D-men.
