We're hoping that will compensate for a lot. We have been working nonstop. The staff are ready to go. The [polling] centers are ready to absorb anything. We've completely geared ourselves up, and we're ready for a robust turnout.

Also, it is the second election, so people are more confident in the process. There were some problems in January which we fixed this time around.

We are electing a permanent government, so more people will be interested.

[The voting process] was much smoother than we expected and it was done with less resources.

That's going to boost numbers.
