"Michael Neal" is a Canada/Canadian professional ice hockey forward who is currently playing for the Cincinnati Cyclones in the ECHL. He was originally selected by the Dallas Stars in the 5th round (149th overall) of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. Michael is the younger brother of former Dallas Stars and current Nashville Predators forward James Neal (ice hockey)/James Neal. On May 6, 2009, he was signed by the Dallas Stars to a three-year contract.

On July 21, 2014, Neal was signed to a one-year contract with his fifth ECHL club, the Cincinnati Cyclones.
