The people are very grateful. They find it hard to believe that people come all the way from New Jersey to help them.

We keep working until the work gets done.

We could always use more volunteers because people have to wait (for their meals). But the devastation here isn't as great as you would see on the Gulf Coast.

It's a really great thing for volunteers to have. It makes them more useful during a disaster. When I went to Mississippi for Katrina, there were times down there when they didn't have enough drivers.
