We've had a long, productive and cordial relationship with Gary and the local. This last contract negotiation had its difficulties, but when you have an effective relationship like we do, you're able to put those things behind you and move on.

What we can do is to look for another way to notify people. Not to get permission, because that's just not possible. Just to give input, to let folks know why we're doing what we're doing and to just reiterate that this is the best for everyone who relies on those lines for electricity.
