"Michael Cahill" is an Irish people/Irish hurling/hurler who currently plays as a left conor-back for the Tipperary GAA/Tipperary senior team.

Cahill made his first appearance for the team during the National Hurling League 2009/2009 National League and has become a regular player over the last few seasons. During that time he has won one All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship/All-Ireland winners' medals, two Munster Senior Hurling Championship/Munster winners' medals and one GAA All Stars Awards/All-Star award. He has ended up as an All-Ireland runner-up on one occasion.

At club level Cahill is a three-time Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship/county club championship medalist with Thurles Sarsfields GAA/Thurles Sarsfield's.
