Ever since I was a junior in high school I have been climbing and I always go at least once a week. It's tons of fun and you can meet new people. Rock climbing is a great way to stay in shape, especially for college students.

It is a great way to get your mind off stress. When you are climbing, nothing really exists except for you and the wall. When you are finished, you look down and feel like you have accomplished something.
