What we did was expand existing areas. We didn't go out and include a new one. When you say smart growth, that doesn't mean no growth.
That philosophy is extremely dangerous. I'm hearing it day in and day out and getting phone call after phone call.
It's all intertwined. It's a friendship and business thing, and this should be about public service.
