Hitters have confidence and know the ball is going to be at a certain spot all the time. With an inexperienced setter, the ball is going to be three feet off the net or two feet. Juan is very consistent with his sets so our hitters know where to be and know what to expect from Juan.

He's getting stronger day by day. He's getting more comfortable with his range of motion. He's looking to have a big year.
