This is my last year of competitive basketball. I'll be in the fleet at this time next year. I figured I might as well lay it all on the line this year and hope for the best. I decided I wanted to play until I couldn't take it anymore or the doctors told me I was endangering my future.

We were defending a lot better as a team, rebounding better as a team and the tempo was in our favor.

Somehow the bones shift and it just gives out. It naturally slips back into place, but the whole process is real painful.

I've gotten really into stretching the last couple seasons. It helps my flexibility and tends to alleviate certain problems.

There's a lot of pounding that goes on in the post and I've never been afraid to throw my weight around.
