Overall, the girls swam a good meet. We have some very positive things happening early in the season.

They have typically been a pretty even match for us, although the last four or five years they beat us. I switched our lineup a little bit. I wanted to push hard the first couple events. The girls got pumped up and the whole team got into it.

I'm pleased with the overall progress right now. We have a long month ahead with a lot of training to do as well as several meets. I'm expecting these girls to continue to put in the effort.
