It's too early to start relaxing but also no cause yet for panic. We're not hearing from our utility customers that they are going to have a problem meeting customer demand.

It would be premature to jump to the conclusion that the industry is somehow cheating taxpayers. I don't think there's any indication in the article that any specific company acted inappropriately. This may be more of an issue for the Department of Interior and the Minerals Management Service than it is for the industry.
