Don't just take the first policy you find. Insurance is a very, very competitive business. Insurance companies are doing everything they can to compete for you and try to bring prices down.

I would say 10 years ago, we were at the bottom of the scale. We've gone up to the middle of the pack. Now we are way better than states like Texas, Florida and Louisiana that have a lot worse catastrophes than we do.
