I really don't think Tracy meant harm with it. If anything, what he was trying to do was help motivate his players more than anything else.

Tracy is a good friend of mine and I hate to see anybody in that situation be asked to step down. As a friend, I hope he can get back on his feet real quick and go forward from this and bounce back.
