It's always an advantage playing at home but not a tremendous one. You have to come out and play. I'll tell you what, it will be a tough regional.

It was a total team effort. We got beat by 20 the last time we played them, and I knew it would be a war inside and I think our kids won that battle.

I hope so. We're getting good contributions off the bench. We better be peaking if we're to get past the next ballgame.

Hopefully, we can turn this thing up and get over the hump a little bit. We have to go the conference again (and) going 5-2 the first half (in the DVC) isn't bad, but we want to go 7-0 (the second half) and to do that we have to play better offensively.

It was a typical East-West game. We started out really well the first half, but they came back. They caused us some problems on the defensive end, but I'll take the win.

I was surprised Wheaton South was (assigned to West) but that's the state's decision, not mine. They're playing really well right now.

I think that's been our mainstay all year.
