I just had a $3,000 price increase last week because of material costs. Katrina affected the market; everything like that affects the market. It increases the price for material and that reflects on us.

I think Molalla is one of the best investments a person can look at in Clackamas County. I can tell you that I know for a fact that a new home in Oregon City or Canby is going to run you $60,000 to $100,000 more for the same product. But the gap is shrinking.
