That's been an ongoing thing since I moved into the borough years ago. It still concerns me. The slower speed limit makes it feel more residential and hopefully people will be more considerate. We all know if the speed limit is 35, they'll go 45. Hopefully with 25, they won't go any faster than 35.

The mayor congratulated me for getting the ball rolling. He said it was good that people attended the council meetings. It was really a joint effort of all of North Main Street.
