Any lost-time accident we take as a serious injury. I wouldn't refer to any injury as minor.

I know that the need for employees is a very big one. As our work force ages, we're going to see a lot of retirements exacerbate that problem a great deal.

There is no acceptable amount for injury or, certainly, death. The whole industry is working to try to reach zero accidents -- not zero fatalities, but zero accidents -- and we've come a long ways in accomplishing that.
