You know, it does appear that the officer was at fault.
After interviewing the victim and some of their preliminary interviews with other students, it appears some of this contact may have occurred in the presence of other students. The child care team is continuing to interview other students that may have been in contact with the educator to determine if there are any more victims outstanding.
They're just taunting us. We appreciate the sense of humor, but (they) really need to knock it off.
