Some foods are easier to turn to fat than to use as fuel.

What we really need to do is get in tune with our inner selves. We've gotten way out of whack with our hunger cues. Is it hunger, is it thirst, am I eating because I'm upset or depressed, am I eating because it's there?

We are actively engaged in responding to these challenges. The expansion of our business pursuits into other sectors is driven by the very issues that created these challenges.

It's realistic. There are common principles in all of the healthy diets - exercise, more fruits and vegetables, cut back on the fats - regardless of who's preparing foods.
