I don't really want to talk about that until I know for sure how many games anybody has to sit out, or if they will at all. We were in the game the whole way and they made a nice run on us, and I think just one thing led to another.

As far as somebody being valuable to his team, and if they go by that to pick the Player of the Year, he's the most valuable player in the state. He's very unassuming and very appreciative and very deserving.

We knew we had to come out with a good start. I think that was a big difference.

We never have put a lot of stock in having to beat a team two or three times because we have had to do it so much, but we always like to play a different team. It's always good to get a shot to play somebody you've never played before and keeps you motivated. But Capital is playing as well as anybody right now. And it wouldn't surprise me at all if they won.

Let's just say Chris listened very closely about rebounding this week and he did a very nice job for us tonight. I'm very proud of him and all the guys.

We talked about there being no way we could overlook this game. Obviously, we have a top 10 team in George Washington coming up, and it would have been easy for them to come out and not play hard, but they came out focused and played even harder in the second half.

I can't really take credit for doing a lot of motivating for this particular game. When you get beat by 20 points, you're kind of embarrassed. These guys came out and they were pretty motivated tonight.

It is very uncharacteristic. From what I understand, and this is just what I was told and I have no clarification, is that there was some name-calling going on and it escalated. And there is no excuse for that.

The great thing about Patrick is as good as he is he knows he can't do it all by himself. He's a very unselfish player and makes his teammates better. But his teammates also make him better. It's kind of a two-way street.
