I told the kids I didn't care how many yards (Wayne County) had; I just wanted to keep them out of the end zone. That's what we did.

Our kids were flying to the football. They were doing some great things. Our defense stepped up when they had to and made some great plays.

We came out strong, and our second group played well also. We had a lot of kids who made plays.

The first half, honestly and truly, we didn't do anything wrong. It seemed like offensively everything we did worked. It was just clicking.
