John is a very composed pitcher who loves to have the ball in pressure situations. He enjoys competing at the highest level. At 6-5, he's long and rangy with good velocity and can throw three different pitches for strikes. He's not afraid to throw breaking balls when he's behind in the count.

We really don't feel any pressure at all. We lost 10 seniors from last year, including six position players.
