We've been a different team since coming back from Christmas break. We're starting to buy into what's happening out there. We're playing with a lot of energy and giving the ball up at the right time.

He (Williams) is almost like a brother to me and has always been there for me, but I want to beat him. We needed to not turn the ball over and we did and we couldn't get any outside shots and you can't win like that.

They did a good job of coming back after being 15 points down at the half. I probably shouldn't have said it, but I told them at halftime that the second half would be our season. I told them we could either give the effort and come back and win, or we could keep playing like we had been and be left to fight for the crumbs for the rest of the season.

We got up on them and killed the clock pretty good. They sat back in their zone and gave us the three any time we wanted it, so why not wait until late into the shot clock to take it. We took good shots, but sometimes the long ball won't go in.

It wouldn't have bothered me a bit if the final score had been 2-1, as long as we would have won.
