Stripping jurisdiction from the court after they have decided is far-reaching and, I think, premature. Congress can override the Supreme Court, but in this case I don't consider it the right thing to do.

He did not break the law, and there is no evidence that he has in any way misused the information collected. This is not Watergate.

If they are still under U.S. control, it would have to be on the basis of some agreement between the United States and the country concerned -- and that agreement would basically establish the bounds of their rights.
