We were on the phone all day, every day. Talking and talking and talking.

When you bring a guy in like Santana, you have to make sure he's taken care of and he's going to get the number of catches and balls that a guy that they brought in deserves, ... For him it was good and for me to come back to the situation I'm in, I'm not a featured guy, but I'm a piece of the puzzle in this offence and there's opportunity for me to make plays and help this team win.

When you're a quarterback, I think that's the most important thing for you to get the opportunity to get out and not only show the world, but show yourself and prove to yourself that you still have everything.

Any time you have Chad in the game, it's very exciting. For me, it really wasn't the TD, it was getting that first pass from him ... It's great to be back.

I went to the guys when I came back to the sideline and said what I had to say. Then I went to Chad in the locker room and told him I felt real bad that I dropped that pass. ... The Jets brought me back to make plays and I didn't get it done.

We kind of see through the same eyes when we're on the field.

The fit worked out great for both of us.
