We rose to the occasion and played our best basketball the past few weeks. The end of our season sets a great tone for next year. These are building blocks for us.

We're coming up against teams that should be better competition for us. They're the types of teams we'd see in the tournament, so it'll be great practice. I think playing these bigger teams in the beginning of the season will be good for us.

We have really thrown her to the wolves. She's playing against bigger teams with bigger guards. It's going to be up and down, but I think she's doing well. In time, she's going to be great.

Jenni led my example. She was a great role model for the rest of the team. Having her on the team helped the younger girls improve. It's to bad she won't be around next year because I enjoyed coaching her.
